Grille 29 is the 8th restaurant concept

wholly owned and developed by Restaurant Partners, Inc. (RPI), a 15 year old restaurant operating company based in Orlando, Florida. RPI has operations throughout the State of Florida, and has managed properties in many regions of the United States.

The principals involved in the Grille 29 operation have combined restaurant operations over 60 years experience. Mr. David Manuchia, President of Restaurant Partners, Inc., was one of the founding members of The Olive Garden chain of Italian restaurants for Darden Restaurants. He founded the Company in 1992, and has a Master’s Degree in Finance as well as 30 years experience in the restaurant industry. Mr. Eric Sheen, Vice President of Operations has 20 years experience in every aspect of restaurant operations. He oversees the operational integrity of all RPI properties including Grille 29, has his degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and is a commercial pilot. Mr. Rick Keefer, Operating Partner of the restaurant has been a General Manager for over 10 years and was awarded the Company’s first Operating Partner equity based on his success at various RPI operations in Orlando and Park City, Utah.
